So I promised to be back with another card; well, here it is:

Challenge #7 over at the Lawnscaping blog is 'Make your own patterned paper with stamps'. I've followed almost all the rules but I haven't yet been able to use a Lawn Fawn set :(Sorry - I'll use one next time!)
So, this is a very simple one (do I ever do anything else?!) - I stamped the bobbins (semi-)evenly across the card-blank, staggering it from one line to the next.
I cut a 1.5"(I think) strip of vellum, adhered it to the card and added the faux-stitching. I stamped, cut and added the sewing machine using 3D squares. I coloured the heart using a copic marker, and then added glossy accents to give it a little bit extra.
The sentiment was printed, cut and distressed, and then I inked the edges directly using my ink-pad. Finally rounded the corners, and there it was!
Hope you like it! I've actually loved this challenge - using stamps in different ways is just so resourceful! Love. It.
